We hope that you will be delighted with your selected purchase from Giftvenue.com, however, if you would like to return any item or your if your purchase is unsuitable (*certain restrictions apply), we are happy to provide a refund or an exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition. To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.
Enclosed in each box we ship is a personal packing list itemizing what was originally ordered, who placed the order and what has been packed into the box delivered. This packing list never displays product prices.
On the reverse of this packing list are return instructions and information that must be filled in along with our returns delivery address and shipping information. This form must be filled in and enclosed in any return box sent back to us. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund will be affected. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded and re-shipping fee's may be applicable on product exchange requests being sent back to you.
If returning a parcel to Giftvenue.com the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our address. The cost of returning the goods is at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory right's. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Giftvenue is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
If returning goods to one of our Stores in person, you will need to have a copy of the delivery docket that accompanies the shipment. Without a copy of your delivery docket, we are unfortunately not able to accept any returns in the stores.
