When you shop with Giftvenue you create a shopping account that you can log into and see all updates to the status of your orders placed. As well as being able to check up on the order with live updates yourself in your account, our customer care team will keep you fully informed each step of the way with constant email updates.

The following are the various stages of the shipping process undertaken at Giftvenue and the email updates you will get on each stage.

• Order Pending - Confirmation that the order has been received will be emailed
• Order in Packing - Confirmation your order has gone to packing will be emailed
• Order Dispatched - Confirmation your order has dispatched. A tracking code will be emailed for you to track the order.
• Order Delivered - Confirmation your order has been delivered will be emailed.
• Order Verified - A member of our customer service team will contact the recipient to ensure that everything regarding this order and the order delivery was satisfactory. Its all part of our after care customer service.
