Giftvenue has a proud reputation built from over thirty years of successfully doing business. Since being opened under its present ownership back in 1972 The Belleek Shop, has had as a cornerstone of its operation an international mail order delivery service. This extensive mail order experience stands the testament of time today enabling the business to prosper and thrive in the competitive world of online mail order.

To consolidate our focus and to re-invigorate our image we under went a complete re-branding to a new trading name as Giftvenue.com in 2007. This new name was adopted from our successful online domain that has operated since 2001.

Giftvenue operates two very successful retail stores in Co Clare. Our flagship store is located on Abbey Street in Ennis (opposite the ruins of the 12th century abbey) and offers a unique experience of individual "shop in shop" branded showrooms for Irelands most famous gift manufacturers with our second store being located on the grounds of the world famous Dromoland Castle Estate, in Newmarket on Fergus.

Both of our stores are dedicated to the joys of gifting, offering a magical retail experience through the successful implementation of "centre of excellence" merchandising and a firm policy of selling only the most prestigious of Irish brands

Our first online gift site was launched in 1998 under our original company name of Belleekshop.com and quickly gained widespread acclaim from newspaper articles in various countries when we were awarded with a title of a "Business Champion" for the Ennis Town Information Age technology project followed by national exposure from winning the monthly Irish Independent / Eircom nationwide web awards for online businesses in 2001

Re-branding our online business in 2001 we opened Giftvenue.com as an online web site dedicated to gifting occasions. Since its inception Giftvenue.com has its ethos in delivering Ireland's most prestigious gift brands and has a very strict policy on product selection for indigenous Irish suppliers ensuring that what we sell is the "best in class" and that the quality is beyond reproach.

Keeping customers in the loop, we send out a bi-annual gift brochure which features the best sellers from our online and store stores. This small gift catalogue is dispatched to customers Winter & Summer to keep them abreast of what's what.
